We are not obligated to sell at listed prices if there is an error. We reserve the right to change any listings, specifications, part numbers, or item pictures at any time without further commitment. Refunds and exchanges:

Credit refunds valid up to 30 days of invoice date. Items returned must be undamaged and in original packaging. No refunds on used merchandise. No refunds on special order items or custom items. All refunds and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Custom made and special order goods are not returnable. A return authorization number from our customer service department is required on all returned goods and must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Freight must be pre-paid. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Damages and shortages:

It is important that you count and inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. Make sure any damage or shortage is noted on the bill before signing. If the shipment was delivered by FedEx, please contact our costumer service department within 5 days. Save all packing materials. If your order was delivered by truck, a claim must be filed directly with the freight line. Save all packing material for inspection. Feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance in filling your claim.


All non-stock and custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order. Remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping .


Merchandise is usually shipped via FedEx

Merchandise will not be delivered to a P.O. Box
